$250 deposit A $250 deposit holds your room for the season. When you check out at the end of your stay, $150 is returned to you. The remaining $100 covers cleaning, plus the bed sheets, pillow, blanket, and dishes we provide for your stay.
Damage policy If you damage the house or housemates' belongings, your $150 refund will not be returned.
💳 Weekly rent during your stay can also be paid online.

How long can you stay?

Our minimum stay is 12 weeks. The deposit you pay upfront adjusts based on how many weeks you stay — examples below at the summer rate of $140 per week.

Stays under 12 weeks have a higher upfront deposit to cover the missing weeks. Stays of 12 weeks or more pay the standard $250 deposit.

Fill out our application form. Tell us your arrival date, length of stay, and where you will be working. We will respond with available rooms and answer any questions.

Pay your deposit

After we confirm your room, pay your deposit online to hold your room for the season. Houses fill up quickly — apply early for the best choice of rooms.

03

Arrive and move in

Tell us when you will arrive. We meet you at your house, give you your keys and welcome kit, and introduce you to your housemates.
